Cheshire pub company are looking for quality suburban, village or rural pubs, which may or may not require investment. We are looking to grow our portfolio of individual Pubs and Inns throughout affluent areas of Cheshire.

WHAT WE LOOK FOR

Character sites preferable but consideration given to contemporary sites.

Freehold or leasehold; with or without rooms

Parking for a minimum of 50 cars and garden space are essential (flexible on size for suburban sites).

The pub should have a minimum of 2,500 sq feet trading or a minimum of 100 covers or the ability to extend to reach this.

There should be a commercial kitchen with 3 phase electricity

We are looking in Cheshire and on the county boarders where good socio demographics exist.
